The charity competition is called "strong muscles for the weak children"

The net proceeds of the competition go to Austrian muscle research.

This nonprofit association supports selected research projects to understand the mechanisms of incurable and life-threatening muscle diseases and to develop life-prolonging therapies. In Austria, about 20,000 people suffer from an incurable muscle disease, more than half of them children and adolescents. Muscle diseases cause a strong impairment of the quality of life for those affected and in many cases already lead to death in young adulthood. Thanks to the support of donors and sponsors, Austrian Muscle Research promotes research projects in Austria and is networked with other institutions throughout Europe. Use your muscle power with "Tell me your time" and make yourself strong for those who lack exactly this muscle power. More information: www.muskelforschung.at.

In 2019, for the first time, a Charity SwimRun with 2 different distances will be completed

- the fun variant: 2800 m running, 600 m swimming

- the sports variant: 4800 m running, 1500 m swimming

- Season variant: 1 float - 1 runner

The net proceeds will be donated to Austrian Muscle Research.

The course of the charity program will be covered in detail during the spring. Basically, musical pieces are being considered again. Safe again is the coveted raffle with great prizes.
